The Metcalfe Hotel by Gray Collection
Thoughtful touches like turndown service on consecutive nights, Le Labo Santal 33 amenities scenting the corridors, and staff who quietly extended checkout for weary half-marathon runners give the Metcalfe a warmly attentive character, though inconsistent air conditioning and noise bleed between rooms suggest the experience can vary considerably depending on your room and who happens to be on the front desk.
